1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.
2. Do you offer free delivery?
For purchases over $50, we offer free delivery within the Greater Vancouver Delivery Zone (includes Richmond, Vancouver, Delta, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, and Langley).
3. How do you ship?
Most orders will be fulfilled by Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and FedEx. A small portion will be fulfilled by esiKidz marketplace delivery partners. When the order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days to process your order and contact you to schedule a delivery.

5. What is your returns policy?

6. Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept changes due to tracking complications. If you need a different size, color, etc., please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
7. Can an order be changed?
We will endeavor to work with you if the item hasn’t shipped. If it has, the item will need to be returned and a new order processed.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer a lovely bag, with some stickers and a small card that can be purchased for a nominal fee when checking out.
